We offer four general types of water systems:
2000 SERIES WATER UNIT
The Spaltemp Series 2000 Water Unit offers the same high-quality and
reliable performance as the larger units, but with a much more
compact cabinet design. The 2000 Series units are available with
pump sizes up to 1 hp and heater sizes from 9 kW through 24 kW. The
cabinet dimensions are 18"W X 28"L X 18"H (add 4" for casters).
These units are ideal for processing temperatures up to 250F
(optional 300F).

1000 SERIES WATER UNIT
The Spaltemp Series 1000 Water Unit is a mid-size water unit with a
compact cabinet design to minimize floor space requirements. The
1000 Series units are available with pump sizes 1/2 through 7-1/2 hp
and heater sizes from 9 kW through 48 kW. The cabinet dimensions are
18"W X 28"L X 24"H (add 4" for casters). These units are ideal for
processing temperatures up to 250F (optional 300F).

HIGH CAPACITY WATER UNIT
The Spaltemp High Capacity Water Unit is designed for applications
that require higher rates of heat transfer. The high capacity units
are available with pump sizes from 5 hp and up and heater sizes from
9 kW through 200 kW. These units are ideal for processing
temperatures up to 250F and are available in various capacities to
suit your application.
SKID MOUNT WATER SYSTEMS
We offer the Spaltemp Skid Mount Water Systems for your most
demanding temperature control applications. These steel frame
mounted systems are designed with electric or natural gas fired heat
sources and are available in single or multi-zone models. With pump
sizes from 5 hp through 40 hp and heater sizes from 250 kW through
800 kW, each skid mount system is specifically designed to meet your
process requirements.
